On BAUMA 2025 MobileTronics GmbH and Saxonia Bau Service GmbH are demonstrating the practicable way to future teleoperated and finally driverless earth moving machinery on big construction sites. The basis is the proven technology by MobileTronics for environment perception, navigation and remote control of mobile machines: In a different industry, this technology already is certified for functional safe operation of driverless machines in mixed traffic of up to 30km/h.
Together with Saxonia Bau Service GmbH this technology currently is adapted in a step-by-step process into earth moving machines. The goal is the creation of a technology environment for teleoperated and driverless operation of earth moving machines independent from specific machine manufacturers and approved for functional safety. This shall be integrated into daily operation in a practical way.
At booth 428 in hall C2 MobileTronics exhibits an universal driver environment for teleoperation of earth moving machines. This demonstrator is currently being tested in an application of Saxonia on a compactor.
