MobileTronics respects your data privacy. Your personal data will only be stored and used to the extent that is needed to communicate and interact with you for an active, past or upcoming business-relation as well as for legal reasons requested by law. All stored data will only be used by MobileTronics, it’s sister companies MineTronics GmbH and MT-Silesia Sp. z o.o. and potentially participating project-partners. No data will be passed to other third-parties. MobileTronics exclusively uses (stores and processes) the following private data:

Name, company/employers name and address, Email-address, telephone numbers and job-title/degree.

At any time you have the right to revoke your consent to the storage of personal data by mail or letter and/or ask for an update of this data or request the deletion of stored data. MobileTronics will proceed your request immediately as far as possible with respect to potential legal demands caused by active or past commercial relations.

Email-addresses and names entered by the user in the contact-form or in the download-section may be used to contact you on the specific request or related themes and will be stored and handled as described above.

Right for Information

In accordance with Art. 15 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), MobileTronics GmbH will provide you with information on request about stored data that relates to your person. At your request we provide you this information by email.
